The Objective

The client requirement was to track database activity to ensure that their accounting software, such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), maintains an audit trail for every transaction, as mandated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

  • The software should be able to record an audit log for every transaction.
  • It must create and maintain an audit log for every change made to the books of accounts.
This requirement ensures transparency, helps detect fraud, and allows businesses to track all financial activities effectively.
